We are searching for result driven Accountant Finance with experience in Agricultural sector. This is a full time, permanent position and previous experience in Agricultural/ Exporting sector would be an asset.

Your role:

-Grain inventory management and reporting
-General administrative support.
-Ensure that accounting and finance activities align with generally accepted accounting
-Identify and propose opportunities to improve business activities.
-Improve processes and controls between accounting and other departments.
-Improve quality of analysis and reporting
-Prepare required regulatory reporting
-Prepare various daily, weekly and monthly management and operational reports
-Prepare monthly financial statements.
-Support managements decision making with financial analysis and reporting

Employment requirements:

-Completion of college or other courses in accounting/finance.
-Agricultural knowledge an asset
-Business experience
-Experience with Microsoft Office  primarily Work and Excel
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Confident and exercise discretion to sensitive matters.
